The WINGS Educational Foundation included two raffle drawings this year at their annual Picnic in the Park.
One raffle was for a whole hog and processing, donated by Brinker Livestock and the Competitive Edge.
The other raffle was Washington Town and County Fair season passes, two adults and two children, which included two VIP Concert Tickets, donated by the Washington Town and Country Fair.
Bev Cupp won the fair tickets and Kurt Poepsel won the whole hog.
WINGS drew four additional tickets, and gave the winners one Moe’s buffet and a free ice cream cone.
The Moe’s winners were Matt Benedict, Levi Carr, Carissa Kelley and Nick Kiser.
A total of $2,800 was raised from the raffle.
