Parent-teacher conferences in the School District of Washington are scheduled for Thursday, October 20. There will be no school for students on that day due to staff professional development in the morning followed by parent-teacher conferences in the afternoon and evening.
There will be no school for students and staff on Friday, October 21.
The procedures for the parent-teacher conferences are as follows:
Elementary schools: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at their respective schools from 1-7 p.m. Parents must make an appointment with their child’s teacher. If you haven’t made an appointment, please contact your child’s school.
Washington Middle School: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at the middle school by appointment only from 1:30-6:30 p.m. Each team will send an e-mail to parents and guardians to make an appointment time if they wish.
Washington High School: Parent-teacher conferences at the high school will be from 2:30-7 p.m. Teachers will be in their respective classrooms ready to meet with parents. Appointments are not necessary. Parents may schedule an appointment if they wish.
Four Rivers Career Center: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at the Four Rivers Career Center from 4-7 p.m. Teachers will be in their respective classrooms ready to meet with parents. Appointments are not necessary.
Early Learning Center: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at the Early Learning Center from 1-7 p.m. Parents must make an appointment with their child’s teacher.
