WHS Project Lead the Way Computer Science Roundtable
Students in Tim Zumsteg’s Project Lead the Way Computer Science class at Washington High School have been working on developing their own mobile applications.
The class invited WHS and District administrators to the library on Tuesday, November 12, for a presentation of all the apps that the students created. Students had the opportunity to have their work tested by attendees.
PLTW Computer Science students worked on creating these applications, and were excited to have their work tested by people outside of the classroom. Applications include games, escape rooms, and more.
The class had a roundtable type of presentation allowing attendees to roam the room and test out the games that the students created, ask questions, and view their code.
“Many of the students went above and beyond with their applications,” Zumsteg said. “I am very grateful to have a classroom full of students who are eager to work and showcase their skills.”
