Help and Links

The Technology Services Department has tried to anticipate the most common issues you may encounter during your day. The links below should help you resolve your issues or who to contact for help.

  • Here you'll find the Chromebook Handbooks for the various grade levels. The last page of the handbook require parent and student signatures. The required video referred to in these handbooks is also linked here.

  • The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is now completed electronically. Parents and students will complete the AUP either during registration, for new students, or through the Parent Portal as part of the Back To School Registration Information Update packet. Students will only complete the AUP at the time they register, and then each time they change buildings. So for most students, that means KDG, 7th Grade, and 9th Grade. Employees will complete the AUP through TalentEd as part of the back to school paperwork.

  • The video below will walk you through enrolling in the Password Recovery system.

  • To access the District Curriculum Website, you must first navigate to your home building's website. From there you must login to the page. Once you login, you'll see the link for District Curriculum under Staff. Here's a quick video on how to do that.

  • Any issues with technology MUST be submitted to the Technology Help Desk-IncidentIQ. Be sure to use your Novell login and password for access to the help desk.
