Visitors must enter the grounds at East 14th and Blue Jay Drive on foot or by shuttle bus. There are no other entry points to the event. Shuttles will be in operation from 8 a.m. to close with visitors being picked up every 10 minutes from Mercy South (Patients First). Visitors are urged to use the shuttles in order to significantly reduce traffic and pedestrian congestion. Please do not attempt to cross over Hwy 47 on foot.
Handicapped parking is available on the WHS campus and a valid handicapped placard or license plate is required for access. Festival participants may be picked up at pre-set times at the Washington Middle School using the East 14th entrance. A valid pass, issued by the boosters, must be displayed for entry.
Because of congestion issues, any vehicle needing to enter the grounds must come up East 14th from Hwy 47 and make a right turn onto Blue Jay. Parent pick-up leaving the WMS parking lot will exit Blue Jay Drive and make a right turn onto East 14th. No left turn traffic will be allowed.
Drivers are urged to be patient, drive with caution and be mindful of where, and how, you park in the areas surrounding the festival.
