Washington High School’s Pride of Washington percussion team took third-place honors and were the bronze medal winners at the CSPA (Central States Performance Association) Championships at Battle High School in Columbia on Saturday, April 5.

Washington competed in the Percussion Scholastic A Division.

Students on the Pride of Washington percussion team are Dylan Mackin, Anthony Mooney, Henry Thornton, Rue Souders, Jackson Laubinger, Shamus Rylee, Beau Leslie, Gavin White, Ethan Paul, Sarah Stewart, Joel Eckelkamp, Lacey McMillen, Ella Raeker, Miles Cochran, Isaac Brune, Megan James, Hope Jett, Ryan Miesner, Thurman Cook, Anna Bade, Ellie Vogel, Elana Vogt, Aubrey Cox, Jude Johnson, Isabelle Boehner, Callie Vogt, Noah Skornia, Miles Grimes, Noa Nappier, Reid Obermark and Sebastian Strumbaugh.
