So, you want to be a school board member?

The School District of Washington appreciates the volunteer representative body elected to serve on the school board; however, there may be more to school board service than you know. 

Please join SDOW Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Kephart and the Executive Leadership team on Wednesday, December 3, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the District Office, 220 Locust Street, to learn more about the commitment and basics responsibilities of a school board member.

The School District of Washington’s school board filing will open on Tuesday, December 9, at 8 a.m. It will close on Tuesday, December 30, at 5 p.m. The district office will be open for the final day of filing on December 30 from 4-5 p.m.
