WINGS BBQ Lunch Delivery, Drive-Thru Dinner Takes Place Friday, May 9
WINGS Educational Foundation will put on its annual BBQ lunch delivery and drive-thru dinner on Friday, May 9.
Proceeds support innovative teachers with WINGS classroom grants.
New this year is the location, which will now be held at the Washington Post 218 American Legion, 1007 East Third Street.
Lunch Delivery
WINGS members and volunteers will deliver BBQ lunch directly to your business in Washington (five lunches minimum for delivery), or the orders can be picked up at the Washington American Legion between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Each box lunch is $10, which includes a choice of pulled pork, pork steak, pork burger, or pulled pork nachos, along with chips and a cookie. Bulk orders are available.

Lunch orders are due by Wednesday, May 7. Payments can be made via Venmo (@Wings-Foundation) or during pick up or delivery by cash or check.
Drive-Thru Dinner
Dinner will be offered as a drive-thru pickup at the Washington Post 218 American Legion from 4-7 p.m. Outdoor seating also will be available under the pavilion.

Advanced orders are not necessary.
Adult dinners are $15 and include a choice of BBQ pork steak, pulled pork sandwich, or pulled pork nachos. All dinners except the nachos come with bakes beans and potato salad. All dinners include a cookie.
Children dinners for $7 are a choice of a pork burger with chips and a cookie or cheese nachos with a cookie.
WINGS Raffle
The WINGS raffle this year features prizes of six $300 grocery gift cards.
The price for the raffle is one for $5 or six for $20.
Payments can be made via Venmo (@Wings-Foundation), by scanning the QR code on the flyer, during lunch pick up or delivery by cash or check, or by sending an email to jjones1145@gmail.com. Include name, phone number and number of tickets.
