Washington High School’s National Honor Society induction ceremony was held on Monday, April 28, at the CJB Theatre.

The guest speaker was Doug Hagedorn, Mayor of the City of Washington.

WHS Principal Dr. Eric Turner spoke during the event, giving the opening and closing remarks.

National Honor Society officers were recognized and played a role in the ceremony; Cooper Guss (President), Paige Walch, (Vice President), Joel Eckelkamp (Secretary), Gavin White (Treasurer), Will Brickel (Historian) and Luke Mauchenheimer (Student Council Representative).

Current National Honor Society members were recognized followed by the induction of the new members.
