WINGS Educational Foundation recently awarded grants and scholarships to School District of Washington staff members who applied. Staff scholarships for continued education, conference grants and presenter grants were awarded.

Staff members were awarded the grants and scholarships on Thursday, December 18. A total of $9,000 was awarded.

Jon Logan, Augusta Elementary, Conference Scholarship: Registration fee for the Southwest American Choral Directors Association Conference.

Dr. Mary Robertson, Augusta Elementary, Conference Scholarship: Registration for support for the National School Leaders Conference.

Trey Roettering, Washington High School, SDOW Staff Scholarship: Masters of Science in Education.

Amy Mendenhall, Four Rivers Career Center, Conference Scholarship: Registration for the National Consortium of Health Science Conference.

Madison Noland, South Point Elementary, SDOW Staff Scholarship: Masters of Science in Education in Special Education.

Krista Langenbacher, South Point Elementary, SDOW Staff Scholarship: Masters of Arts in School Administration.

Kim Johnson, South Point Elementary, SDOW Staff Scholarship: Masters of Science in Education in Reading.

Emily Trentmann, South Point Elementary, SDOW Staff Scholarship: Masters of Arts in School Counseling.

Cheri Gray, Clearview Elementary, Conference Scholarship: Registration fee for IMSE (Institute for Multi-Sensory Education).

Trisha Ley, Washington West Elementary, SDOW Staff Scholarship: Masters of Science in Education in Literacy.
