Parent-teacher conferences in the School District of Washington are scheduled for Thursday, October 29, which also is a modified day. Click here for more information on modified days and dismissal times. There will be no school on Friday, October 30.  

Dismissal times on modified days:

Elementary – 11:50 a.m.

Washington High School – 12:25 p.m.

Washington Middle School – 12:30 p.m.

Four Rivers Career Center – Dismiss at 11 a.m. and students return to their respective high school. No afternoon classes.

Early Learning Center – Dismiss at 11 a.m. Contact the ELC if you have questions about your child’s schedule.

The procedures for the parent-teacher conferences are as follows:

Elementary schools: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at their respective elementary schools from 1-6:30 p.m. Marthasville Elementary will run from 12:30-6:30 p.m. Teachers have sent out signup links to parents via ParentSquare. Parents should contact their elementary school if they have not received a link to sign up.

Washington Middle School: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at the middle school from 1:30-7 p.m. Teams have sent out signup links to parents via ParentSquare. Parents should contact the middle school if they have not received a link to sign up.

Washington High School: Parent-teacher conferences will be held at the high school from 1-7 p.m. Scheduled conferences run from 1-4 p.m. Walk-in conferences take place from 3-7 p.m. where no appointment is necessary. Registration information for the appointment time frame (1-4 p.m.) will be sent to parents via ParentSquare no later than October 23.

Four Rivers Career Center: Parent-teacher conferences will be held at Four Rivers Career Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for scheduled conferences (appointment required) for parents who cannot attend during walk-in times. Walk-in conferences take place from 3-7 p.m. No appointment is necessary.

Early Learning Center: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at the Early Learning Center from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Teachers have reached out to parents about appointments. Parents should contact the ELC if they have not heard from teachers.
